How OPD Works
Step 1: Registration
Visit our reception desk. Provide your details (name, age, phone number). For first-time visitors, registration takes 2-3 minutes. Returning patients are registered faster.
Step 2: Wait
Take a seat in our comfortable waiting area. Our display will show your queue number. Average wait time: 10-20 minutes.
Step 3: Consultation
Meet the doctor. Describe your symptoms, share your medical history. The doctor will examine you, discuss findings, and recommend treatment.
Step 4: Tests/Medicine
If needed, the doctor may order diagnostic tests (can be done in our lab/radiology on the same visit) or prescribe medication (available at our in-house pharmacy).
Step 5: Follow-Up
If a follow-up visit is needed, you can book your next appointment at the reception before leaving.
