Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Raj Jindal Hospital & Research Centre collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

If you use the appointment form we collect the name, phone number, preferred department or doctor, preferred date and any note you write. If you use the feedback form we collect what you tell us, along with any contact details, visit date and hospital number you choose to give — you may leave those blank and stay anonymous. If you use the careers form we collect the details you enter about your application, including your contact details and work history. We also collect anonymous visit statistics (see Third-party services). We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell any information to anyone.

How your details reach us

When you press submit on the appointment, feedback or careers form, your details are recorded in the hospital’s own records, which are kept in Google Sheets, and an alert is emailed to the desk that handles them. They are seen by that team and by the person who administers this website. If a form cannot reach us — or if you choose the WhatsApp or email option instead — your details are placed into a message for you to send yourself, and then they also pass through WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and the hospital’s WhatsApp automation provider. If you would rather not use any form, call us instead on 099297 11555.

Job applications

Applications submitted through the careers page are stored in the hospital’s recruitment records in Google Sheets, and an alert is emailed to our HR desk. Access is limited to the HR team and the website administrator. We keep applications only as long as they are useful for recruitment. If you want your application removed, write to jsshhr@gmail.com and we will delete it.

How it is used

The information you share is used only to respond to your enquiry — confirming appointments, answering questions and arranging care. Health information you share with the hospital team is treated as confidential and handled under applicable medical confidentiality norms. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our own records.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It records things like which pages you opened, roughly which city you are in and whether you arrived from a search engine — not your name, and nothing you type into a form. This site also links to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) for messaging, embeds Google Maps for directions, and loads an on-page chat widget from our messaging provider. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Your rights and how to reach us

You may ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us at rjhospital@gmail.com, or by post to S.P.M Nagar, Near Rajasthan Pollution Office, Bharatpur, Rajasthan 321001. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate the matter to the hospital administration at the same address.
